Instructions:

In a three-page written reflection please address the following:

1. Analyze the importance of those involved within a school community to support students in achieving their highest level of performance in the classroom. This would include administrators, teachers, individuals who support students outside of the classroom, families, students, and others who are involved in supporting students to meet high learning expectations.
2. Review the 5-7 sentence reflection you completed for the pre-assessment at the beginning of this course. Explain how instructional coaching can allow you to improve classroom practices and exert your passion for your particular subject area to enhance a culture for learning and increase accountability.
