• Gather information about student readiness, interests, and/or learning profiles to increase learning.
• Consider and select appropriate formative and summative assessment strategies to support and measure learning.
• Select a method to maintain student assessment data.

30 points  C-1 Rubric (20/30 points required for a passing grade)

1. Referencing and citing the contents from this module, outside readings, videos, and/or other resources you have found, create an assessment you can use with your students to assess their knowledge.
   • Briefly explain the lesson, unit, or topic to which the assessment relates (1 paragraph).
   • Identify whether the assessment is formative or summative and explain why (2-3 sentences).
   • Share how you will pre-assess for student readiness, interest, and/or learning profile prior to creating to this particular assessment (1-2 paragraphs).
   • Discuss how you will maintain assessment data (1-2 paragraphs).
