Student Learning Objectives

Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) will serve as the elective portion of the multiple-measure, comprehensive system of Teacher Effectiveness.  They will need to be developed by educators in all content areas and will serve as a portion of the overall score for the evaluation process

The Pennsylvania Department of Education has partnered with Research In Action (RIA) to provide the process, materials, and training for the creation and management of Student Learning Objectives. From the RIA Homeroom site, you will be able to register and get access to the resources and tools for Student Learning Objectives.
