Assessment is a process used by teachers and students before, during, and after instruction to provide feedback and adjust ongoing teaching and learning to improve student achievement and to provide appropriate challenge for all students at their instructional levels.  The Assessment tab in the SAS includes several sections: Project Based Assessment, describing alternate assessments for the Keystones; Keystone Exams, listing information on end-of-course Keystone assessments; the Assessment Builder; My Assessments; and Classroom Diagnostic Tools.  You can access a step-by-step guide to the Assessments element by clicking here.
