The purpose of the profile is to store relevant professional information. The Profile Picture that is also uploaded will be the image used as an avatar in the SAS Professional Learning Community.  Once a user is registered with SAS, they can update their profile at any time. The My Profile section will contain some information that was provided to SAS when they registered for an account.   When training, be sure to relay that when users request that their password be reset, it is always reset to standards.  A user must then go into My Profile to create a more secure password.
